Franklin County Motion to Enforce Arbitration Award

After completing it, you need to attach a copy of the arbitration agreement and the arbitration award. It is designed for attorney fee arbitrations but can be adapted to other arbitration awards. Filing fee as of August 2011 is $225. Filing fee can be assessed against party against whom enforcement is sought.
